For patients who want priority access and proactive, ongoing orthopedic planning, concierge membership is offered in four annual plans. Every plan includes Derek's private 24/7 phone line, unlimited office visits, and in-office imaging:

  • Plan 1 — Access: $4,000/year — core concierge access
  • Plan 2 — Foundation: $6,500/year — adds focused shockwave, spinal decompression, PRP, a quarterly stem cell injection program, and monthly B12
  • Plan 3 — Restore: $11,000/year — adds a full-dose stem cell protocol (any joint), IV vitamins, and monthly D3
