Concierge membership
For patients who want priority access and proactive, ongoing orthopedic planning, concierge membership is offered in four annual plans. Every plan includes Derek's private 24/7 phone line, unlimited office visits, and in-office imaging:
- Plan 1 — Access: $4,000/year — core concierge access
- Plan 2 — Foundation: $6,500/year — adds 12 treatment sessions a year, each one your choice of focused shockwave or spinal decompression, plus PRP, a quarterly program of Wharton's Jelly with mesenchymal stem cells, and monthly B12
- Plan 3 — Restore: $11,000/year — 12 sessions a year of your choice (focused shockwave or spinal decompression), plus a full-dose protocol of Wharton's Jelly with mesenchymal stem cells (any joint), IV vitamins, and monthly D3
- Plan 4 — Pinnacle: $17,000/year — the complete regenerative program, with 24 sessions a year of your choice (focused shockwave or spinal decompression), IV MSC exosomes, and BPC-157/TB-500
Annual Maintenance Treatment Plans
For patients who want a specific set of recurring treatments at a predictable monthly rate — without full concierge access — we offer eight Annual Maintenance Treatment Plans. Treatments don't expire while the plan is active.
- Plan #1 — $345/month: quarterly PRP, monthly IV vitamin & anti-inflammatory treatment, and 4 sessions per quarter of your choice — focused shockwave or spinal decompression
- Plan #2 — $250/month: quarterly PRP and monthly IV vitamin & anti-inflammatory treatment
- Plan #3 — $225/month: quarterly PRP and 3 sessions per quarter of your choice — focused shockwave or spinal decompression
- Plan #4 — $350/month: quarterly PRP and a quarterly quarter-dose treatment of Wharton's Jelly with mesenchymal stem cells
- Plan #5 — $300/month: quarterly PRP and quarterly BPC-157/TB-500 peptide treatment
- Plan #6 — $195/month: 6 sessions per quarter of your choice — focused shockwave or spinal decompression
- Plan #7 — $125/month: quarterly PRP treatment
